For the Beginner/Novice/ Intermediate/Enthusiast or a general refresh

 

I offer a one-to one photography experience that guarantees you my undivided attention. Some people enjoy the ambience and presence of others in a group workshop and if you have a friend or colleague that would like to accompany you I would be happy to organise this. However, for those who prefer to enjoy their photography in a much smaller setting, and may feel pressured or distracted by others I offer 1-2-1 private photography lessons personalised to your individual needs. This can be at your home or destination of your choosing.

If you answered yes to just one of theses you have come to the right place. My relaxed method will see you having a better understanding of your camera and how to take fantastic pictures.By the end of the session you should be comfortable with using the camera and feel confident that you are using it to your full potential.

What shall I bring?
  • Camera preferably a DSLR /Mirrorless or bridge camera
  • Card for camera
  • Fully charged batteries.
  • If you have a secondary camera such as a phone I will be able to help you with this too
What will I learn?
  • Equipment
  • Camera functions
  • Understand and use of the controls of your camera.
  • Understand exposure.
  • Understand how to compose a photograph
  • Understand the basics of white balance.
  • Relationship between aperture / shutter and ISO
  • Metering
  • Correct Lens choice
  • Raw Vs Jpegs

By the end of the session you should be comfortable with using the camera and feel confident that you are using it to your full potential.

What will it cost?

Minimum two hour session thereafter you can book hourly for that day. Discounted for every 2 hour block sessions

  • Discounted 2 hour session £60.00
  • Hourly rate thereafter£40.00I am happy to travel up to 14miles from Bexhill thereafter a charge for travel and mileage will be added at my discretion.
